This site is operated by Mysteries Group LLC. This page says what we collect, why, who else touches it, and how to make us delete it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we never ask you for, and it matters in this subject. We do not ask for your symptoms, your diagnosis, your medications, your lab results, your age or your photographs. Nothing you write on the printable sheets is sent anywhere — they are paper, they stay with you, and we never see them. We hold an email address, and — if you bought something — the name and the payment record Stripe sends back with the receipt. That is the whole picture.

What we collect

We do not run advertising trackers, advertising pixels or analytics profiling on this site, and we do not use cookies to follow you anywhere.

Why we use it

Who else handles it

Only the services that make this work, and only for that purpose:

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your email address with anybody, and we never will. There is no partner list, no affiliate exchange, no data broker. If that ever changed, it would be by asking you first, not by editing this page.

Unsubscribing, and deletion

Every marketing email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. The email that delivers a file you asked for or paid for does not carry one: it is the receipt for what you bought, we send it once, and unsubscribing does not stop it. Unsubscribing does not take away anything you bought — your download links keep working.

If you want your address removed entirely rather than just unsubscribed, write to mysteriesmediallc@gmail.com and we will delete it. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. We do not require you to explain why. The only thing we may have to keep is the record of a transaction, where tax law requires it.

How long we keep it

Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Addresses that hard-bounce are removed automatically. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and then deleted.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us an email address, tell us and we will delete it.

Where your data is handled

Our providers process data in the United States and in the European Union. By using this site you accept that your email address may be processed in those places.

Changes, and how to reach us

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions, requests or complaints: mysteriesmediallc@gmail.com. Email is the only channel we operate, and a person reads it.
