Refund Policy

Our refund terms have a name, and this is them in full. They are the same words that appear on the sales page, because a refund policy that is worded one way where it sells and another way where it is claimed is not a policy.
The Source-Check Promise
Every claim in this guide is tied to a named source with a date, and where the research disagrees we print both sides. Find a factual claim with no source behind it — or finish the guide and feel it did not help you narrow down what is likely going on with your own hair, or walk into an appointment no better prepared than you were before — and write to us within 60 days and we will refund you in full. Two things are promised here, and they are the two things we control: how this guide is sourced, and your money back. Nothing here promises a single hair. No product can, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something.
How to claim it
Write to mysteriesmediallc@gmail.com within 60 days of your purchase, from the email address you bought with, or telling us which address you used. That is the whole process.
- You do not have to explain yourself. If you want to tell us what fell short we will read it and it will probably change the next revision, but a refund is not conditional on giving a reason.
- You do not have to prove anything, or return anything. It is a file. You cannot un-download it and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
- You keep the free Blood Work Sheet, and you can stay on the mailing list or leave it. Neither affects the refund.
What happens then
We process the refund through Stripe to the card you paid with, normally within two business days of your email. Stripe and your bank then take their own time — usually five to ten business days for the money to appear on your statement, which is outside our control. We will confirm by email when we have sent it. If you have not heard from us within three business days, write again: it means the first message did not reach us, and that has happened.
If you bought more than one thing
Each purchase is refunded on its own terms and its own 60 days. If you bought The Follicle Field Kit, the refund covers the whole kit — both guides and the printable set — as the single purchase it was.
One thing this policy is not. It is not a promise about your hair, and no refund window can be. What we can be held to is how the guides are sourced and whether they left you better prepared for an appointment than you were before. Those are the two things this covers, deliberately and in those words.
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. We have never refused a refund inside the window, and a chargeback costs us a fee and takes weeks longer for you. If a payment is genuinely fraudulent, dispute it and tell us so we can help.
